It will stimulate the brain more.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only floss the teeth you want to keep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take practitioner range fish oils daily to protect joints, to improve heart, skin, brain and mood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Know what makes YOU happy and include these things in your life OFTEN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Get 20mins direct sunlight on your body (not face) every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Get to truly know yourself. Very simply what is your<br>Life purpose.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learn a new card game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be social \u2013 it stimulates a different part of the brain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drink Green tea to reduce oxidative stress in the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose to be kind rather than right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your body\/cells hear everything you say. Thoughts and emotions create chemical reactions in the body. Stay kind and uplifting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your life is an occasion \u2013 Rise to it. This is not a dress rehearsal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sing out loud to your favourite songs (especially in the car).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spend time with people that bring out the best in you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask yourself is this food\/person\/conversation\/situation going to increase my energy or deplete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eat mindfully \u2013 stop what you\u2019re doing while eating eg. TV, working, driving, screens.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have a mind that\u2019s open to everything and attached to nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walk in bare feet&nbsp; and feel the stimulation under your feet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Literally stop and smell the flowers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Know that you are bigger than any situation that shows up in life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turn your attention to what feels good and move in that direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Know that there\u2019s a time for things to not work out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your thoughts don\u2019t feel peaceful, you need to change them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The keys to your happiness are not in the pockets of people from your past. They\u2019re in your pocket and<br>if they\u2019re not, put them back in your pocket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are not your thoughts, you are the one that hears them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rather than ask \u2018why did I become unwell?\u2019 ask \u2018why am I not healing?\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Create a life worth living \u2013 you can make heaven out of hell and hell out of heaven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reduce exposure to toxic chemicals \u2013 Don\u2019t store or heat things up in plastic. Use glass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Listen to your body \u2013 if eating a certain food makes you feel unwell, don\u2019t eat it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If something doesn\u2019t feel right, it\u2019s because it\u2019s not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Say Yes more often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exercise daily or at the very least 3 hours per week<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STOP \u2013 notice what you can see, hear, smell, taste and touch. This is present moment awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018What comes naturally to me?\u2019 Do more of that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook a meal for someone who is unwell or is struggling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Life is meant to be fun, not serious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Share your smile \u2013 it can make someone\u2019s day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consider the 80\/20 rule with meals. 80% vegetables or salad and 20% protein\/meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s OK to buy something simply because you like it. No need to justify deserving it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you\u2019re sick don\u2019t soldier on. Take time to rest and recoup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have slow bowels, eat muesli with berries, chia and flax seeds for breakfast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snack on nuts, seeds and fresh fruit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use it or lose it \u2013 brain, muscles, heart, body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avoid foods that contain trans fats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be the best version of yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rather than complain about your age, celebrate your birthday.
